Terms & Conditions

1. We currently supply to UK Mainland addresses only. Please see "Delivery Charges" below for postcodes which fall within additional surcharge areas. 

2. Our cakes are handmade and decorated in our craft bakery, so at busy times of the year such as Christmas and Easter, we sometimes run out. We will do all we can to make sure you are not disappointed, but everything on our website is offered for sale subject to availability.

3. If for some reason we have to substitute a product, we will replace it with a suitable item that would be of similar or even better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement item when it arrives, you can return it for a full refund; you must confirm this in writing and return the item within two weeks of receipt and in its original packaging to:

4. Our prices include VAT where appropriate.

5. We will deliver to an address and postcode as you have supplied it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address.

6. Please note proof of posting can’t be taken as proof of receipt.

7. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

8. Hampers which include alcoholic drinks may only be ordered by and delivered to customers aged 18 or over.

Our Returns Policy

Damaged Items

If your order is damaged in transit, please retain it for inspection by the courier.

To arrange collection, please contact us giving the reason for the return. Any damaged goods would be collected by courier at our expense and at your convenience. If you’re returning an order because you are not satisfied, please tell us why and send it back to us in its original packaging.

If returning a small, non-hamper item, when you send the item back, please package it securely. Also, please ensure you post it with enough time for us to receive it within seven working days of the date it was delivered to you.

If you are returning an item, whether it’s because of an error on our part, damage, or you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll refund the item cost plus all delivery charges incurred by you (both for the initial delivery and the cost of returning it.)

Please note that we wouldn’t refund delivery costs in other circumstances where we’re not at fault.

Please use a Recorded Delivery service when returning items, because proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Charges and Other Services

Standard delivery charges are £5.99 per order.

Standard delivery times: 7 working days.

The following postcodes fall within additional surcharge areas and allow an additional 2-3 working days above normal delivery times:

Postcode BT (Northern Ireland) - additional £10.00 on top of the usual carriage charge.

Postcodes: IM, IV, HS, KA27 and KA28, KW, PA20 to PA88, PH19 to PH44, TR21 to TR25, ZE and Isle of Wight (classed as Highlands & Islands) - additional £15.00 on top of the usual carriage charge.
